Our business has accomplished what is has today because we had the courage to continue forging forward, especially during times when there seemed to be no hope at all. Our hope for a bright tomorrow is backed up by strong faith that it will be so.

Aligning my conduct with excellence allows me to make sound, honest and transparent decisions in a high-pressured environment. I am constantly in pursuit of truth, I value authenticity in all business process, and I aim – always – to treat all people with fairness.

I approach new opportunities by turning creative ideas into relevant solutions that add value to clients, business partners and stakeholders. We often associate innovation with improving the big things through ground-breaking new products and technologies, but I believe that it is equally important to focus on innovating small things; making incremental enhancements on a daily basis to ensure our business stays relevant in an ever-changing space.
Head: HR & Compliance
Servant-hearted leadership is the leadership style that I am most passionate about. Developing and growing people is not only an aspiration, but it is of paramount importance if we have a desire for excellence. Meeting people where they are at and walking alongside them as they navigate all of life’s difficulty and constant changes is what I have a heart for.
Head: Broker Relations
People are what and who we value most. Without them, we wouldn’t exist, we’d not grow or develop, and success would be but an unachievable goal. It is not only the people within our immediate business structure (such as our staff, clients and our business partners) who we are interested in partnering with. We are passionate about serving, uplifting and encouraging all people, those in our immediate environment and those in our community.
